Who says you should be putting away your camera when the sun goes down? As a matter of fact, dusk is the ideal time to make some great shots, as this photo illustrates.
The time the sky takes on a deep blue hue (just enough to hold some color to hold attention) is also the time when buildings and structures are illuminated - it's the best time to make some memorable shots of a city.
